Rental period is 24 hours commencing at the scheduled pickup/delivery time; late returns are subject to additional fees.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received; excessive damage, staining, or cleaning requirements may result in additional fees.
Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rental items during the rental period.
A non-refundable retainer of 50% and a refundable damage deposit of 50% are required to secure your booking.
Any outstanding payments must be made in full at the time of pickup/delivery.
